CHASSEUR has a triple-spreader Hall racing spar nearly four feet taller than her sister ships. Eighteen hundred pounds of additional ballast was added to produce a stiffer boat while carrying her powerful sail plan. All this combined made a comfortable three-stateroom cruising boat, a potent contender in long-distance racing.
