The Baltic 64 TANASSA is a bluewater cruiser designed by Sparkman & Stephens, with eye-catching, classic lines and fully equipped to go anywhere, even with a small crew. TANASSA was built in 1990, and since 1996, cared for by her present meticulous owner. The yacht offers two cockpits with two companionways, with all lines and sheets leading to the aft cockpit. She features a spacious two-cabin/two-head layout with an immense owner’s cabin aft, featuring centerline king-sized berth and separate stall shower, and an over-sized U-berth forward. Price Reduced. DRAGON (formerly WINGS of TIME) was designed by Ted Hood for Dodge Morgan. She’s a semi-custom boat built in 1993 under Hood, with on-site supervision, by the Grand Banks yard in Singapore, and shipped to the U.S for commissioning by Hood/ Little Harbor for delivery in 1994. Dodge Morgan owned her until the fall of 2008, when she was sold to the current owners, who proceeded to put her through a significant refit during the winters of 2009 and 2010.
Major upgrades in 2014, including all new navigation electronics combined with a new Leisure Furl roller furling boom, Hydranet main sail, and a new electric halyard winch in 2013 make this the best-equipped and -maintained Tayana 52 on the market. As you can see, the owner continues to make improvements to the boat, which he still actively sails. This is a very well-loved Tayana 52.
MAD DASH is the newest of the Mark Ellis Bruckmann 50s to be available on the brokerage market. In fact, she is the only Bruckmann 50 MKII to come on the market. Further she has been kept in a fashion that says, “Like New!” MAD DASH is one of those rare offerings where, if you like her as she reads on paper, you are destined to love her in person.

She has received many, many upgrades during the past several years, including: All heads are now fresh water VacuFlush, interior re-varnished; cabin sole stripped and re-coated; new custom cabinets in galley and newer propane stove; deck re-painted and all deck hardware re-bedded; bottom received anti-foul and new hull paint; and new stainless steel hatches added. MOMENTUM, a head-turner in any port, is the best and most versatile Hinckley Sou’wester 51 around. She was originally built by a knowledgeable yachtsman as his second build with the Hinckley Company. The design brief was for a performance sailing yacht that could compete successfully, and yet be easily cruised by the owner singlehanded or with relatively inexperienced guests in comfort and safety. MANTRA is a fine example of the Hood/Little Harbor 51 Series, boasting many unique and compelling features. Without a doubt, THISTLE is the best-kept Swan 48 on or off the brokerage market. Originally built for an experienced American owner, she was commissioned on the east coast of the US. NORTH STAR was built to high standards by Bristol Yachts to a classic Ted Hood design featuring a shoal draft, heavier displacement hull form with efficient centerboard that combine to provide excellent upwind performance, comfortable motion in a seaway, tremendous interior volume for a yacht this size and unique access to shallow waters, given her draft of only 4'11" with centerboard up. Over the years, she has undergone numerous upgrades to enhance her bluewater and short-handed cruising capabilities.
Price Further Reduced. HURU was designed by Mark Ellis and launched by the renowned Bruckmann Yachts in Canada in 2000. She is a wonderful collaboration of one of the best designers and builders and was conceived by a very knowledgeable yachtsman. Although a modern boat in construction and systems, HURU has a classic appeal, with handsome lines and a spacious two-cabin, two-head Herreshoff-style interior below.

LIONHEART is a beautiful example of the Sparkman & Stephens-designed Morris M36 Daysailer. One of the last designs that Olin Stephens worked on, the M36 is the epitome of elegant simplicity, with a graceful combination of classic lines, modern design and boat building. All control lines are led under deck to two winches at the helm, allowing the boat to be easily sailed by one person without ever leaving the wheel, while the large open cockpit with over six-foot seats provides plenty of room for family and friends.
Launched in 1995, HAFFTAIL is the last Bristol 35.5 built (hull #183) and likely the nicest afloat. Her keel/centerboard configuration allows access to shoal areas while still providing good windward ability. Her present owner carefully refitted her between 2014-2017, spending over $80,000 in upgrades and improvements alone. Only a small handful of Bristol 35.5s were built in the 1990s, and the difference between them and older sisterships is striking.
