Completed in 2018, ORINOCO presents a rare opportunity to own a very lightly used, extremely well equipped and highly customized Duchy 35. Designed by renowned British naval architect Andrew Wolstenholme, the Duchy 35 borrows much from the Downeast traits both above and below the waterline. She features a stylish, well-proportioned wheelhouse, tumblehome aft, keel protected props, a hard chine hull, and deep bow sections forward with generous freeboard to safely handle the challenging conditions of the English coastline.
She is fitted with the optional smooth-running twin Nanni T8V350 V8 diesel engine upgrade for impressive torque and power, providing effortless cruising performance at 25 knots and a top speed of 31 knots. Beautifully finished with her exterior varnished teak and rich walnut interior joinery, and packing every option including bow and stern thrusters, generator, air conditioning, diesel heater, electric sunroof and much more. Year-round indoor storage, only taken out when in use by owner, Dave Cockwell, Cockwells founder and Duchy yacht creator.
Built to Recreational Craft Directive – Category B
