Built to high standards throughout, she can be easily shorthanded thanks to her electric winches and furling mainsail. She also features the desirable two-stateroom/two-head layout for privacy and versatility. REDSTART has had only two owners and has benefited from only summertime use since launch, with many recent upgrades including hull and mast paint, sails, electronics and much more.
RHUMB RUNNER II was the last, and without a doubt, the finest Bristol 43.3 built. She shows like a true yacht with her all stainless deck hardware and hatches, laid teak decks, gleaming brightwork and handcrafted American cherry interior. She also features many nice optional upgrades including bow thruster, electric winches, furling mainsail and air conditioning, which provide an excellent platform for safe, easy and comfortable extended cruising. Her spacious interior layout and shoal draft capabilities further enhance her popularity.
Like today’s current crop of cutting-edge race boats, the W-37 is lightweight, relatively beamy, with a plumb stem and near-vertical transom. But where other out-and-out race boats sacrifice grace and beauty in the name of performance, Stephens Waring Yacht Design has carefully crafted the bow and stern to show subtle curves and attractive camber. From above, the yacht shows her carefully laid out and efficient deck plan incorporated with spare, elegant traditional joinery as one would expect from her builder Brooklin Boat Yard.
The Hinckley 42 NEVER SIP (ex "Whitecap", ex "Dragon Fire") is a custom Sou'wester 42 modified with performance keel, taller rig, reversed transom and state-of-the-art construction that was conceived and marketed by Hinckley as the Competition 42. The standard Sou'wester 42 hull shape was utilized and carefully re-engineered by the McCurdy and Hinckley design teams with the added collaboration of Doug Peterson who designed the new deep keel and semi-balanced rudder.
INGLESEA is one of the more recent M42s built and a one-of-a-kind Morris M42. Unlike all others, she was built with a unique two-cabin interior for family cruising. Using a set of clever pocket doors that slide athwartship, the forward v-berth cabin can be closed off from the main salon. By moving the head/shower unit forward a bit, an additional aft cabin was incorporated in the design, making the M42 perfect for both daysailing and family cruising.

SINGOALLA is offered for sale for the first time by her original owners, who have had a great time cruising her up and down the U.S. east coast and the Caribbean. She has benefited from a comprehensive major refit in 2007, where over $100,000 was spent on her. SINGOALLA is ready for blue water extended cruising at a moment’s notice, as her systems and equipment have been continuously updated since her refit. Unlike all of her sister NY 40s, SINGOALLA is a custom design that is specifically set up for long-term cruising.
Alerion Yachts has long believed that sailing should be done “on your own terms,” aboard boats that are quick to rig and simple to singlehand. Now the company has extended this philosophy into the 40-foot range with the Alerion 41. For those familiar with the Express or Sport Series who want their Alerion experience to extend past the hour or afternoon, the new “Alerion Cruising Series" sailboats accommodate up to six people for extended cruising.
LOON is a lovely example of this highly sought after Ted Hood design. She is well maintained and has been consistently upgraded over the course of her life - most recently with electronics. A refit was undertaken in 2013, with much of the work highlighted throughout the listing.
LIONHEART is a beautiful example of the Sparkman & Stephens-designed Morris M36 Daysailer. One of the last designs that Olin Stephens worked on, the M36 is the epitome of elegant simplicity, with a graceful combination of classic lines, modern design and boat building. All control lines are led under deck to two winches at the helm, allowing the boat to be easily sailed by one person without ever leaving the wheel, while the large open cockpit with over six-foot seats provides plenty of room for family and friends.
