SOTERIA is easy to maneuver and dock thanks to a retractable bow thruster and twin wheels and rudders, and easy to sail thanks to several electric winches with in-mast furling and a sensible layout for short-handing. She has a shoal draft keel with bulb, ideal for US east coast and Bahamas usage and is equipped with extras like generator and AC, custom Sunbrella cockpit bimini and dodger, new custom stainless tender davits and outboard motor lift, a full Raymarine electronics package including radar and a chain counter - all designed to make life aboard more comfortable and manageable. And for anyone thinking of seasonal use only, there is a custom KKMI canvas cover to boot.
This is the popular three cabin / two head layout with a proper nav station, large galley and super comfy U-settee with convertible table in the salon. Access to the forward master cabin is via two doors, which when (both) open, provide an incredible sense of space, airflow and light throughout the interior of the vessel.
And last but not least: the ginormous (!!) cockpit with room for a gaggle of family and friends - easily accessed from unique side decks which taper down aft to each side of the cockpit (so no crawling or stepping over large obstructions) and from between the twin wheels aft via the amazing fold-down transom and swim platform. Salon
Upgraded salon table anchors a wonderful U-shaped settee to starboard with additional seating inboard of table. A deep storage cubby is outboard of the settee and another section is divided for bottle storage etc. and tucked just behind the aft section. A storage cabinet with pull-out section is located aft and across from - and handy to - the galley.
Galley
The U-shaped galley with white counter tops is central to the salon and perfect for entertaining. Windows in the hull and above in the cabin trunk provide plenty of light. An interesting feature is a section of the countertop that opens to reveal a microwave that retracts and is out of sight beneath the countertop when not in use.
Master Cabin And Head Forward
Accessed via double doors that open to the salon or may be shut for complete privacy, Jeanneau’s designers really nailed this space, which is very inviting and is anchored by a large centerline ‘Island’ berth with split mattress and Tempurpedic ‘topper’ and large drawer storage beneath. Access to the generous master head with separate stall shower is from within the cabin, aft and to port.
Guest Cabins
Double guest cabins with queen sized berths and Tempurpedic toppers. Fixed hull and cockpit ports and opening ports inboard and outboard for lots of light and ventilation. Hanging lockers; large storage lockers and deep, wide and long shelves are located outboard of each berth. Two flexible arm reading lights in each cabin. AC vents in each cabin. Two rod holders in port cabin. Sliding shades for hull ports; accordion shades for opening ports and cockpit fixed ports. Dual USB/110v outlet in each cabin. AC control starboard cabin.
Aft Guest/Day Head
Aft head with separate stall shower may be accessed from the starboard guest cabin or salon. Opening port; mirror; AC vent; convertible shower head, teak shelf in shower.
MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL
Yanmar Diesel Engine: upgraded 57 hp model 4JH57 SD; with only 305 hours, April 2024. Accessed by lifting companionway stairs and by way of removable side panels.

COCKPIT
The cockpit is simply amazing on this boat. Centered by a large double drop-leaf teak table with built-in cooler and storage, there is an L-settee to starboard and a generous straight settee to port. The custom dodger provides ample protection from the elements and along with the custom bimini and connector creates a rather large area protected from rain and sun. The twin helm areas aft are well laid out for sailing and docking with all sail handling and engine controls within easy reach. Walkways to the sloped side decks - a unique feature of this design - in combination with the electric fold-down transom and swim platform - make egress to and from the cockpit and the dock or another vessel, and of course from the water, truly exceptional.
SAILS AND RIGGING
Selden aluminum mast with in-mast furling with double swept-back spreaders; Selden solid vang with additional rope tackle. Dyneema lines down to large padeyes on deck up to blocks on boom...all control lines are led aft to cockpit.
FINISHES
White gel coat topsides and deck with molded nonskid; double blue boot stripes; Vivid Red bottom paint. Linen Sunbrella dodger and cockpit bimini. Exterior cockpit cushions in Champagne Silvertex with contrasting cream Silvertex piping. Interior finish in “Teak” with faux teak and holly sole. Interior cushions are Ambiance leather in Chocolate.
