EASTERN SKY II has had major refits in 2000 and again in 2008. Her interior was partially redesigned by Ted Fontaine and rebuilt in 2008. The quality of the new craftsmanship is as good or superior to the original highly regarded Little Harbor finish. Her teak decks were replaced (2000), she has new standing rigging and a full batten mainsail (2008). She has new Cummins engines and Northern Lights generator (2000), as well as most every mechanical system upgraded, including the A/C system which was renewed in 2011. With fresh paint from the top of the mast to the bottom of her boot stripe (2008), new deck hatches (2008), Harken electric winches (2000) and more, EASTERN SKY II represents the best of her class. She is a remarkable example of the classic Little Harbor pedigree from the Ted Hood design board, updated to almost new standards.
